Help logging into our site

To be able to login you must first be registered with us, but don't worry its free to register and free to use our services unless you are wanting to take part in a paid event.

Logging in

When logging in you will only need your username/email and password (unless you have activated additional security)

Logging in from an additional device

If you login from any additional devices or software than the one you used to register we will inform you if we notice any different activity on your account. Most of the time there is nothing to worry about but in case you are notified about this and not sure what to do, just get in contact with our suppor team.

Additional account security

We are all after better security thats why in addition to the above security notices we also offer the ability for you to have 2 step verification activated on your account so that when you login you will be asked to enter a code from your phone. This is not a text message and does require you to install the google authenticator app but its quick and easy and helps secure your account with us.

Problems logging in?

In the event you have a problem logging in, try using our forgotten password facility and follow the email instructions.

Still having problems, get in contact with our support team and they will help get you back taking part in events.

Not getting emails?

If your not getting our emails, remember to always check your spam, we try out best to make sure our emails popup where they should but sometimes they get incorrectly hilighted.
